Μαθησιακά Αποτελέσματα
a) get a thorough approach in the issue of the EU principles and provisions on data protection and security;
b) understand the legal significance of the privacy right due to its major impact on fundamental rights of private persons;
c) perceive the interaction between the technological developments and the privacy expectations of individuals;
d) assess among others the basic legal concepts of data protection such as personal data, data controller, data processing etc.
e) get deep awareness of the GDPR requrements.
f) notice how an EU legal framework achieve its goals and/or does not fulfil all its objectives and how advisory bodies such as the EDPB focus on the necessary review of the regulatory frame.
