ΑΝΑΠΑΡΑΣΤΑΣΕΙΣ ΤΟΥ ΦΥΛΟΥ ΚΑΙ ΤΗΣ ΣΕΞΟΥΑΛΙΚΟΤΗΤΑΣ ΣΤΗ ΛΟΓΟΤΕΧΝΙΚΗ ΜΕΤΑΦΡΑΣΗ

Το μάθημα αυτό έχει ως στόχο την εισαγωγή των φοιτητ(ρι)ών σε σημαντικές (και) τρέχουσες μελέτες που διερευνούν ζητήματα φύλου, σεξουαλικότητας, και ταυτότητας σε σχέση με τη μετάφραση. Οι φοιτήτριες και οι φοιτητές θα έρθουν σε επαφή με διάφορα κείμενα η μελέτη των οποίων θα συμβάλλει στην ενεργή συμμετοχή τους στη συζήτηση βασικών θεωριών, εννοιών και ζητημάτων τα οποία σχετίζονται με συνειδητές ως προς το φύλο προσεγγίσεις της μετάφρασης και του ρόλου που μπορεί να διαδραματίσει στην κυκλοφορία των κειμένων. Στο πλαίσιο του μαθήματος οι φοιτήτριες και οι φοιτητές θα κληθούν να διερευνήσουν το έργο σύγχρονων γυναικών συγγραφέων και τη μετάφραση αυτών, συμπεριλαμβανομένων πεζών κειμένων, LGBTQ+ λογοτεχνίας και φεμινιστικής (μεταφραστικής) θεωρίας. Θα έχουν τη δυνατότητα να αναλύσουν κριτικά υπάρχουσες μεταφράσεις έργων και να πραγματοποιήσουν συνειδητές ως προς το φύλο μεταφράσεις επιλεγμένων αποσπασμάτων από τα υπό εξέταση κείμενα.
