Course Content (Syllabus)
Introduction. Units of measurement geodetic sizes. Theory of errors. Basic operating principles of classical and modern geodetic instruments. Geodetic instruments, measurement methods and calculation of lengths, angles and elevation differences. Instruments and methods plumb high construction. Geodetic projections. Fundamental problems of geodesy. Triangulations. Determination of traverse points. Calibration and maintaining geodetic instruments.
