Learning Outcomes
The students will
Gain knowledge of the morphological traits of native and important exotic woody taxa (genera and species), which occur in the greek forest ecosystems.
Learn about their geographical distribution and their biological demands.
Identify important woody species of forest ecosystems, based mainly on vegetative characters.
Identify woody species using morphlogical traits of crown, trunk and bark.
