Course Content (Syllabus)
Currently the lectures include four modeuls: Vacuum Science (vacuum chambers and shielding conditions, gas flows, adsoprtion mechanims, vacuum gauges and pumps), Thermal machines (physics of low temperatures, cryogenics), Plasma Technology, and X-Ray Physics and Applications.
