Course Content (Syllabus)
Main concepts and schools of thought in social anthropology. Social anthropology and Law: getting from the institutions to the agent of their production and the regulator of the legal society. Historical and modern examples. Anthropologie sociale et Droit : de l’étude des institutions à l’étude de l’homme producteur des institutions et régulateur de la société juridique. Exemples historiques et contemporains. Chaque semestre comprend l’analyse d’une thématique particulière : la règle juridique, conflits sociaux, parenté, pluralisme du droit etc.
