The students have to possess knowledge on the field of Administrative Law and Αdministrative Judicial Procedure
Learning Outcomes
Students will better understand the specific notions of envirinmental and urban planning law, the special administrative procedures on that field, will become acquainted with the specialized, abundant and innovative jurisprudence of the Council of the State whereupon, having meanwhile acquired in depth knowledge on particular parts of the general administrative law and administrative judicial procedure.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Sources and general principles of Environmental Law, protection of cultural environment, of the forest and the sea-side, environmental inmpact assessment, judicial protection. Spatial and urban planning under art. 24 of the Const. and the law, administrative procedures, legal nature of the relevant acts, application of the aforementionned planning on the ground, public building law.
