Course Content (Syllabus)
Setting the environmental conditions of storage spaces. Psychrometry, computational models of drying. Methods and mechanical drying of agricultural products. Planning and management of the drying process. Drying of seeds, grass and fruit trees. Energy sources and utilization in drying.
