Learning Outcomes
With the successful completion of the course the student will be able to:
-Understand the polymer synthesis at the Chemistry / Mechanism level as well as at the level of process design.
-Understand the basic properties of polymers and how they are exploited for their characterization and for the design of products with specific sets of properties.
-Understand the thermomechanical behavior and rheology of polymers and how they are utilized for the processing of polymers and the design of end products.
