Course Content (Syllabus)
Εxperiments performed deal with: 1.Reactions kinetics. 2.Bubble column performance. 3.Analysis of control systems. Review of measurement devices and data acquisition using PCs. 4.Characterization techniques and specifications of petroleum products. 5.Determination of specific surface area, pore volume and pore size distribution of solids. 6.Determination of material structure using X-ray diffraction (XDR)

After each of the five experiments the students must: - take a short multiple choise quiz, - write a report (75%) At the end of the course a final exam is given (30%).
