Course Content (Syllabus)
Hierarchy of factors affecting the performance of the soccer player. The principles governing the effort in soccer. The importance of speed and the ability to repeat short sprints during the game. Strength and analysis - strengthening the major muscle groups involved in the sport. The limitation of endurance and the importance of flexibility of antagonist muscles during explosive contractions. Periodization, loading principles and development phases of the athletic form. Fitness test in soccer. Advantages and disadvantages of soccer camps. Planning and designing the preparation of summer soccer events.
