Learning Outcomes
Students are expected to
• familiarize themselves with the scientific approach to sport, the connection of theory and practice on the basis of laboratory measurements and application of training
• analyze biological phenomena and determine coaching contents based adjustments due to exercise
• support experiential learning of training technique combined with new skills, competencies based on biomechanical models
• know the workout routine and biological bases of tactical behavior (short and long term momery, goals and guidelines)
• relate the knowledge of building and coaching periodization by time discontinuity of development and the particularities of the training of young athletes
