Learning Outcomes
Aim: Upon successful completion of the specialization, the students will have the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills to be able to teach Zi Zitsu's sport and its systems (Jiu Jitsu/Ne Waza, Duo system, Fighting system, Self Defence) correctly and completely. It also aims to contribute to get a job, in the private sector, in the field of 'self-defense' in gyms and generally where it is taught to practitioners of all ages. The impart knowledge (theoretical and practical) for the teaching of knowledge (theoretical and practical) for its teaching as an additional alternative/differentiation in the physical education curriculum, throughout the education cycle, in all cycles of education with the prospect of pleasant and safe exercise (sports, physical activity, self-defense).

Lectures
1. Writing essay (instructions)
2. Knowledge of the history and evolution of combat sports/arts worldwide.
3. Classification criteria of combat sports/arts.
4. Characteristics and perspectives.
5. Learning methodology - formatting periods and consolidation of motor skills.
6. Physical preparation for all age groups.
7. Specific strength exercises.
8. Specific velocity exercises.
9. Specific endurance exercises.
10. Specific joint mobility – flexibility exercises.
11. Demonstration of the strength - endurance equipment in the laboratory.
12. Training unit (structure - content).
13. Nutrition - nutritional supplements.
14. Combat sports coaching originating from the Japanese martial arts.
Practice
1. Breakfall techniques (ukemi waza).
2. Sort stances/fighting posture (kamae) - Body movements (shintai).
3. Body movements - whole body movement - repositioning (tai sabaki).
4. Pins or matholds (osaekomi waza).
5. Techniques of attacks (body-striking) on pressure points/vital points (atemi waza).
6. Punching techniques (tsuki waza).
7. Kicking techniques (keri waza).
8. Blocks and parries (uke waza).
9. Escapes from wrist and neck holds1 (hodoki waza)
10. Escapes from handles embracing 2 (hodoki waza).
11. Hip throwing techniques (koshi waza), Group 1.
12. Foot throwing techniques (ashi waza), Group 1.
13. Hand and shoulder throwing techniques (te waza, kata waza), 1.
14. Duo system self defence.
