General Prerequisites
The good knowledge of systems physiology, functional morphology, biodata analytics from the biomolecular to the organ level as well as applied math, physics and high performance computing techniques are necessary.
Learning Outcomes
The capacity to use and develop the human physiome / Virtual Physiological Human for helping in the understanding of multi-scale and multi-level function and pathophysiology of the main human body systems.

Bio-electromagnetism Biomechanics of biological systems Cardiorespiratory and neural systems functional principles Simulation of cardiac and neuron cellular action potential Multidimansional simulation of the electrical function of cardiac muscle and neurons Applied math and computing techniques for the solution of non-linear partial differential equations using finite differences and finite elements Imaging methods
