Learning Outcomes
Instruction in fundamental dives,including approach, take off, execution of the dive, and entry into the water. Emphasis is placed on the basic forward,backward, reserve, and twisting somersaults. The course is designed for all levels regardless of past diving experience.Practice on boarding 1,3, and 5 m.

Description
The evaluation of the students is based on written exams combining answers of multiple choice and short and/or long answers. Additionally, they are submitted to practical examination in the water.
