Learning Outcomes
Must be able: 1. To teach the apropriate technique to track and field athletes from 16 jears old to the highest level, 2. To train all the components needed to improve the performance, 3. To plan an anual training cycle, 4. To plan a long term training cycle.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Theoretical and practical knowledge for the training of track and field athletes from the age of 16 jears to the highest level of performance. The analysis of technique, the highligting of components for better performance, kinds of different training and planning an anual or longterm periodization of training.

Description
1. PRACTICE: Men have to participate in a decathlon with the task from 3.000 to 4.700 points. Women have to participate in a heptathlon with the task from 1.900 to 3.200 points. 2. THEORY: To write an examination which contains questions about technique, how to train the components of performance, the plan of a daily shedule, the plan of a weekly training shedule. 3. HOME WORK: An anual plan of training for a given athlete.
