Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course students will acquire all the theoretical knowledge and practical skills especially in Taekwondo competition so they can as coaches in clubs to prepare well-athletes of all racing categories in order to participate in competitions.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Theory 1. Videoanalysis and statistical analysis of games. 2. Weight-loss diet of athletes. 3. Injuries of athletes during matches. 4. Psychological preparation of athletes -view matches. 5. Design annual coaching programming TKD (macrocycles, microcyrcles, training units). Practice 1. Improve technical capacity to attack armor (combinations of simple & complex attacks) 2. Improving counterattack in the first and second time and combinations of counterattack (armor). 3. Tactics of matches. 4. Games: a) free, b) under c) Stresstraining. 5. Learning the next 6 "combination of predetermined techniques" (7th-12th Poomsae).

Description
Theory Written examination on the theoretical material of the first half (10 questions, all answered with an analysis, description, etc). Practice 1. Demonstration of the combination of predetermined techniques (in Poomsae 6th to 12th). 2. Demonstration of combinations of techniques. Prerequisite for success in the examination is at least grade 5 for each item separately (theory and practice).
