Learning Outcomes
The main objectives of the course are: a) to provide knowledge of the ethics, as described in the National Code of Dental Ethics, and other European countries, b) to increase awareness and concern for research limitations and restrictions governed by bioethics in Medical and Dental sciences, and c) to understand the importance of the patient-oriented character in modern dentistry and the necessity of lifelong learning.

Course Content (Syllabus)
The course focuses on the analysis of the principles of ethics and professional conduct that should govern the practice of medicine or dentistry, as well as the engagement of the practitioner in research, in relation to the modern profile that should characterized the European dentist.
