Learning Outcomes
Having completed this course the students are expected:
- To have developed their musical skills in the interpretation of chamber music repertoire from the 18th to the 21st century.
- To have evolved and experimented with various ways of organizing and implementing collective musical performance.
- To have gain an understanding of how a musical score can be tackled from different angles (practically, analytically, aesthetically) when preparing a performance.
Course Content (Syllabus)
The aim of the course is to function as a performance platform for chamber music groups. The repertoire ranges from works from 18th to 21st century. The course develops various ways of preparing the public presentation of the studied repertoire in the final concert.
