Learning Outcomes
Cognitive: Introduction to the structure, chemical composition, function and interaction of cells and organelles. Understanding the cell as a dynamic and self-regulated entity of life and as an intergrated system of study.
Skills: Introduction to electron microscopy, recognition of cell structures, organelles and cell cycle stages, elementary approach to fundamental applications of morphometry and cell fractionation.
