General Prerequisites
The sufficient knowledge of the rules, principles and basic types of offenses of Greek Penal Code are required
Learning Outcomes
vCourse Scope/Focus: The course surveys international and domestic law regulating the notion of the military service, the use of armed force and the definition of the relative offenses. It also examines greek constitutional and statutory issues regarding about the military justice system
Course Goals:
i. Develop and demonstrate comprehension of legal doctrines examined in the course
ii. Develop and demonstrate the ability to interpret and apply statutes, treaties and related doctrines
to evaluate factual and legal arguments and predict likely results
iii. Analyze various legal documents and opinions to extract relevant principles and rules
iv. Communicate appropriate legal and factual arguments and analysis orally and in writing

Course Content (Syllabus)
Course Content: The factual and mental elements and the provided penalties of offenses punishable by martial code and the legal definition of compulsory military service.
Course description: the examination of current issues involving the most serious crimes punishablhe by the Code of Military Justice and the laws and procedures governing members of the armed forces ( insubordination, desertion, incompetence challenge,contempt toward officials, disrespect toward superior commissioned officer,assaulting or willfully disobeying superior commissioned officer, failure to obey order or regulation, misbehavior before the enemy,aiding the enemy,espionage )
