Learning Outcomes
Students will learn about the historical development of Catechetical, scientific character, the methodology of research and addressing contemporary pedagogical and social problems of the time in terms of Christian. Students will develop lesson plans for catechetical gatherings focusing on experiential activities.
Course Content (Syllabus)
The course comprises two modules:
Teaching based on all 12 chapters of the relevant literature.
Prefixed approach and documentation of Catechetical and Christian Education as a scientific discipline, their relations with similar disciplines, including the entire context concerns around the issue.
Then attempt a historical review of the Catechetical and Christian Education of the biblical still up space and significant expressions within Christianity in the West and East, with particular emphasis on Greece.
The methodology of the survey, the purpose, content, media and contemporary problems of science -with clear references to the subject, but to the bodies and institutions who ypiretoun- will complement the clear image of the object.
Finally, the connection of the fact the Catechism and Christian education to the new circumstances of social reality, such as the media, other sectors of education, such as intercultural education, the interfaith education, special education, designed to synthesize the integrated and real dimension, but also the prospects and the market can offer in the modern educator.
