Learning Outcomes
With this course the student aquire knowlegde on : - the technology of the integrated components (transistors, resistors, capacitors etc) of an integrated circuits (IC) - the technology of integrated circuits - the design rules to respect in order to design an IC - the design of the basic digital and analog electronic circuits and their layout - the basic tools used to the IC design

Course Content (Syllabus)
Technology of Integrated Circuits (ICs). Implementation of passive and active electronic devices in ICs. Modern IC technologies. Design of basic digital structures in MOS technology. Design of basic analog circuits. Design rules and methodologies. Design tools.
