Upon successful completion of this course students will: - have acquired the basic knowledge of the theory of training - design exercise programs to improve strength - design exercise programs to improve the speed - design exercise programs to improve endurance - design the annual training for athletes of individual and team sports - design exercise programs to maintain and improve health - design exercise programs for children, adults and seniors - have acquired the basic knowledge for evaluation and guidance of training.
