Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. posess a basic knowledge of the mechanisms involved in the applied poultry nutrition. 2. evaluate the current literature concerning the understanding of nutrient requirements of layers, broilers and other kinds of poultry, as well as the least cost diet formulation.
