Course Content (Syllabus)
Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy: Principles, chemical shift, spin-spin coupling, double resonance experiments, relaxation pathways and relaxation times, nuclear Overhauser effect, dynamic equilibrium study, one dimensional complex pulses spectra , two-dimensional spectra, analysis of proton and carbon NMR spectra. Mass spectrometry: ionization methods, analytical methods, characterization of molecular ions and isotopes.
