Course Content (Syllabus)
Introductory concepts of law. Principles of civil law. Basic principles of forest law. Recognition of rights in state and non-state forests. Protection means of forests and forest areas. Provisions for forest management. Special provisions for reforestation, forest protection, forest works and hunting. Penal and procedural provisions. Transitional provisions.
