Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able: 1) implement the necessary silvicultural treatments in the most important forest ecosystems of our country. 2) To contribute to the effective management of the forests of our country. 3) To address specific problems faced by forest ecosystems (eg. Lack of natural regeneration, competition between species, etc.). 4) Take appropriate silvicultural measures to improve productivity, wood quality and stability of forest ecosystems.
