Objectives and methods in Social Psychology. Social cognitive theories. Prejudices and stereotypes. Their characteristics and function. Measuring stereotypes. Attitudes and behavior. Theories on attitudes. Change of attitudes. Measuring attitudes. Theory of social representations. Attribution theory. Positive social behavior. Interpersonal relations.

Description
Students are evaluated on the basis of: • Presentation and submission in written form of the summary of a scientific article (20%) • Mid-term (20%) and final exam (60%) • Participation and attendance are also taken into account for final grading
