Learning Outcomes
The students are taken through the basic stages in the director’s collaborations with the cast and crew at each stage in the making of a film. This unavoidably leads to issues relating to style.
They learn how to communicate their directorial vision to everyone else involved in the production. They also learn how to embellish that vision through their collaborations.
They see how essential each member of the crew and cast is.
They work with them to complete the exercises they are set during the semester.
