Learning Outcomes
The aim of this course is to provide specific knowledge regarding a. the effect of ergogenic aids on sports merformance and b. the effect of doping substances and methods on human performance and health. The students will be able to distinguish the ergogenic aids and the nutritional supplements in i. effective and placebo ii. safe and dangerous iii. legal and illegal
