Simple oscillator. Simple harmonic motion. Generation and detection. String vibrations. Membrane vibrations. Acoustic wave equation. Reflexion and refraction of sound waves. Radiation. Doppler effect. Introduction to ultrasonics. Biological effects of ultrasonics.
