Learning Outcomes
The purpose of the course is to gain knowledge in the fields of time management and project cost and the linear programming with emphasis on the problems of technical projects. Upon completion of the educational process, students should be able to: 1. Understand the terminology and content of the concepts of time and project costs 2. Understand the terminology and content of the project budgeting 3. Be able to apply methods and techniques for scheduling work with conventional and innovative methods 4. Be able to create construction budgets and form the appropriate cash flow 4. Be able to optimize the time and cost of the project 5. Be able to optimize and smooth the allocation of resources to projects 6. Be able to apply the principles of the earned value in construction
