Learning Outcomes
The aim of the course is to provide the students with knowledge on special issues of civil law. Throught the preparation of their papers and the discussions that follow the students reflet on important issues and develop a critical way of thinking.

Course Content (Syllabus)
The course takes place in two parallel classes. The first one deals with issues on propoerty law actions and the cadastre. The second one deals with special issues of the law of damages (interruption of the chain of causation, professional liability etc)
