Learning Outcomes
The students obtain with the teaching with the stydy of greek and foreigh literatute with the interpretation of the relevant legislations and the jurisprudence a thorough knowledge of the company law and are able to understand the legal nature and the importance of all issues concerning the internal organisations, financing and external activities (represantation) of the various types of companies in the international financial environment.
