Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course the students will have acquired basic theoretical knowledge and practical experiences for the effective teaching of Volleyball in primary and secondary education (learning the basic techniques and individual-team tactics of volleyball with team composition 4:2, 2:2:2, 4:2 and 5:1 with penetration).
Course Content (Syllabus)
1. The methodology of training. Technical training with tactical issues.
Game with team composition 6:0.
2. Team composition system 4:2. The first specialization. The setter.
3. The double block. Communication. Game with composition system 4:2 (central coverage).
4. Overhead spin serve. Individual and group tactics of the serve.
5. 3rd, 2nd and 1st tempo sets. Game with composition system 4:2.
6. Team composition system 2:2:2. The second specialization. Central. Attack placement (tips). The block-out.
7. Defensive formation with the 6 back (side coverage). Game with composition system 2:2:2.
8. The coverage of the attack (dubbing) 2:3 with 6 back. Game with composition system 2:2:2.
9. Team composition system 4:2 with penetration. Defensive formation with the player who does not participate in the block.
10. The jump serve. Game with with composition system 4:2 system with penetration.
11. Team composition system 5:1 with penetration. Game.
12. The coach. The technical-tactical guidance. Rules of the game.
13. Participation in games.
