Learning Outcomes
Learning, teaching and research of breastroke and butterfly swimming. Theory and practice of Butterfly and breastroke techniques. Idividual and relay medley swimming. Learning of side stroke and the life guarding swimming.Water activities, fin swimming, hydrogymnastic, awuatic games and others. Introduction of the basics swimming training.Swimming 50,100,200, or 400 m. Immersion swimming 25-50 m.

The evaluation of the students is based on written exams combining answers of multiple choice and short and/or long answers. Additionally, they are submitted to practical examination in the water.
