Course Content (Syllabus)
1. Training load approach in team ball games. 2-3. Training load characteristics in team ball games. 4-5. Combination of training load characteristics in team ball games. 6. Practice of training load in team ball games. 7. Training load characteristics by technique approach in team ball games. 8. Practice of training load characteristics by tactic approach in team ball games. 9. Training load characteristics by general exercises in team ball games. 10. Practice by general exercises of training contents in team ball games. 11. Field tests and performance evaluation. 12-13. Teaching of training load by students.
