Learning Outcomes
To inform about significant issues concerning female sports, such as menstrual disorders in athletes and impact on performance. To provide necessary knowledge on women's sports specific issues, such as exercise in menopausal women and exercise in pregnancy, concerning both pregnant athletes, and pregnant women who wish to participate in exercise programs. To describe acute and chronic health problems that arise frequently in women's sports and to inform about first aid in order to address them immediately.
