Course Content (Syllabus)
Cost Management, project productivity, cost factors, project cost analysis, cost calculation management, examination of the final charges, use of detailed invoices of public works, cost optimization, direct cost analysis, analysis of indirect costs, business indirect cost, indirect work site cost, cash flow, project financing, monitoring and project cost control, models and techniques for project cost forecasting.
