Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. understand the philosophy of agritourism as a form of farm diversification 2. evaluate the role of agritourism to local development 3. develop skills as managers and business angels in agritourism businesses and local action groups 4. develop a business plan for farms involved in agritourism 5. develop critical skills in evaluating the theoretical and methodological approaches in agritourism 6. broaden professional/research interests
