Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course the students will be able to:
1. recognize the major diseases on the main fruit trees, grapevine, vegetable, arable crop species and ornamental plants, based on their symptoms
2. suggest control measures based on the knowledge of each disease's epidemiology.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Major diseases caused by fungi, prokaryotic organisms and viruses on fruit trees, grapevine, vegetable, ornamental and arable crops. Specifically, description of disease symptomatology, aetiology, epidemiology and control is included.
