Learning Outcomes
Upon the completion of the course the students will be capable:
- to evaluate the results of alternative agricultural policy schemes
- to analyze price interrelationships across space and time
- to understand alternative methods of production and marketing (cooperatives)
- to use price risk management tools (future markets, derivatives)
