Course Content (Syllabus)
The course is organised into four sections 1. introduction to the concept of economic growth and distiction as well as relation to the concept of economic development; international and greek evidence of economic growth 2. Brief historical overview of the theories of economic growth, classical theory of economic growth, Harrod-Domar model of economic growth 3. Solow-Swan model of economic growth and the neoclassical theory 4. introduction to the (new) endogenous theory of economic growth
