The physical basis of nuclear magnetic resonance. Pulse FT-NMR. Nuclear spin relaxation. First order analysis. Analysis of complex spectra. Exchange processes: Dynamic NMR. General aspects of solid NMR. Theory and application of double resonance, Decoupling. NMR spectra of other nuclei. NMR of polymers. Other experiments in NMR (ΝΟΕ, ΑΡΤ, ΙΝΕΡΤ, DEPT). Two dimension NMR experiments. Applications of NMR in biological systems. Applications of NMR in medicine (MRI).
