Learning Outcomes
The aim of this module is to introduce students to the basic principles of Management, to describe the theoretical framework of the Management operations and define the activities and roles of executives in the dynamically evolving environment of the organizations. Preparing the personal portfolio, each student is expected to satisfy the requirements of the interactive learning.

Course Content (Syllabus)
The important and the role of Management. Organization as an open system. Environment dynamics of organizations, the internal and external of business environment. Historic evolution of Management. Management functions: Planning (process, Management By Objectives), Organizing (principles of Organization, organizational structure design, organizational charts, job descriptions), Commanding (motivation, leadership, communication, teamwork), controlling (process, types of control), decision making (process, techniques). Managers (tasks, skills). Case study analysis.
