Students will understand the pivotal importance of human factor in organizational efficiency and effectiveness Students will develop managerial skills regarding the management of human resources Students will learn useful tools and techniques for recruiting, training and assessing human resources Students will learn a specific software regarding human resource management policies such as, staffing, training, rewards, assessment, e.t.c.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Human factor is one of the most valuable resources regarding the organizational effectiveness and development. In contemporary organizations, human resource management issues are of utmost importance for the job satisfaction, work behavior and the development of such Human Resource Management policies that will promote quality and effectiveness. The purpose of the module is to provide students with a) basic knowledge in order to effectively manage those factors that affect employee attitude and behavior and b) special knowledge and skills in order to implement core Human Resource Management policies and practices, c) practical tools - software in relation to human resource management policies.
