Learning Outcomes
At the end of the semester, students should be able to analyze, according to the comparative methodology, the work of two authors belonging to Italian, French or Greek literature, with the tools offered by the methodology of literary text analysis.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Naturalism in Europe: France, Italy, Greece. Expanding the knowledge of Naturalism, Verism, and Ithographia, with glances at the currents in other countries. The study of the three literary movements is based on theoretical texts and essays of the time. Critical analysis of the works of the authors representing the currents under study will be carried out using comparative methodology
