Learning Outcomes
The main aim of the course is to familiarize students with the specialized language of the Science of Theology in order to acquire the language skills that will enable them to understand and produce scientific texts on the subject of their studies. It also aims to develop the skills students need to respond to more general and specific communication circumstances during their studies. Specifically,students are trained to a. achieve a basic vocabulary of the special language of Theological Science as used in simple authentic texts, b. to develop reading skills that facilitate understanding through comprehension tasks that follow fast or tracing reading and to practice the specific vocabulary.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Authentic texts of different branches of the Science of Theology such as: Saint Nicholas, The World of the Patriarchs, The Jewish World at the time of Jesus, The Atributes of God, The Lord’s Prayer.The texts are followed by a variety of tasks. The teaching material is uploaded onto the e-learning platform.
