Learning Outcomes
The course Introduction to the Patrology III. Literature and Theology from 9th to 15th c. informs about the life, writings and teachings of the Fathers and ecclesiastical writers of the period. The goal is to use patrology sources and related literature.

Course Content (Syllabus)
The life, writings, teaching and general activity of the Fathers and ecclesiastical writers during 12th to 15th c. are presented and the literary and theological problems of the Christian literature of this period are solved. Practical training in the use of the sources of Patrology, using the indexes and other reference books. 1. Introduction on the literature of the period from 9th to 11th cent. 2.
